Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24 hours to process your order plus 2 business days* after processing to ship your order. Expect an email within 3 business days* to let you know your order is on the way! Most orders will ship the same day they are ordered and addresses cannot be changed and orders cannot be canceled. If you placed an order mistakenly and it has already shipped, please contact support@goodnewsbrandco.com to initiate a return.

*This excludes pre-orders, subscriptions, and made-to-order items (e.g., wall hangings). Pre-orders will have an expected ship date on the product listing, subscription ship dates will be communicated to subscribers via email, and made-to-order items can take up to 5 business days to be shipped. Mixed cart orders (in-stock and pre-order items) will not ship until all items in the order are available for fulfillment.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of shipment options, such as USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, and UPS Ground, for which shipping time can vary from 2-10 business days depending on the shipment type and the shipping location. The estimated shipping time after the products have been shipped (this does not include the 3 business days of processing time) will be displayed at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping options such as USPS First Class International, UPS Worldwide Expedited, and USPS Priority Mail International, for which shipping time can vary from 5-30 business days depending on the shipment type and the shipping location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, as well as estimated shipping time (this does not include processing time).
