ORDERS + SHIPPING
Where is my order?
If you have just placed your order, you can expect it will take 1–2 business days to receive a shipment notification. When you receive a notification that it has shipped, keep in mind that the tracking information may take up to 24 hours to show status. Made-to-order items can take up to 5 business days. If it has been more than 5 business days and you haven’t received tracking information, please feel free to contact support.
Please note mixed carts (in-stock and pre-order items) will be held for fulfillment until all items in the order are available. If you are in need of the other items sooner, please either order separately or contact support to split your shipment. A second shipping fee will be required to split the order.
Can I change my order?
Due to our warehouse's prompt shipping timeline, changes cannot be made to orders once they are placed. This includes address changes, cancellations, or adding/removing items in the order. If you made an error in your order, please reach out to our support team and they can help you start a return or make a new order.
What if my order was fulfilled incorrectly?
First off, we are so sorry your order was incorrect! Please reach out to support with your order details and we will get it squared away as soon as possible!
How can I cancel my order?

Do you offer international shipping?
We do! We're still working through ways to make it more affordable.
