Orders + Shipping
Where is my order?
If you have just placed your order, you can expect it will take 1–2 business days to receive a shipment notification. When you receive a notification that it has shipped, keep in mind that the tracking information may take up to 24 hours to show status. Made-to-order items can take up to 5 business days. If it has been more than 5 business days and you haven’t received tracking information, please feel free to contact support.
Can I change my order?
Sometimes minds change! If you need to revise your order, please contact support as soon as possible. If your order hasn't already shipped, we should be able to make the desired changes! If not, we can process a return and send an invoice for return shipping of unwanted items.
What if my order was fulfilled incorrectly?
First off, we are so sorry your order was incorrect! Please reach out to support with your order details and we will get it squared away as soon as possible!
How can I cancel my order?
Sometimes minds change! If you need to cancel your order, please contact support as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we can process a return and send an invoice for the return shipping.

Do you offer international shipping?
We do! We're still working through ways to make it more affordable.
Products + Downloads
I never received a link to my download...
Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the link to make it to your inbox. If you still haven't received it in that time, don't hesitate to reach out to support and we'll send it to you directly!
Can I share my download with others?
As much as we love that you are sharing your products with those you love, we do ask that you invite them to purchase one for themselves.
If you are planning to use them for your ward calling, shoot us an email and we'll see what we can make work!
How do I apply my mirror decal?
Decide where you will display your decal, then prepare your surface by making sure it is free from any dust or smudges.
Remove the white backing and position your decal, pressing only lightly until you are happy with the placement.
To apply, begin at one corner as you press evenly towards the opposite corner. Carefully remove the clear transfer paper.
When will wall hangings be back in stock?
We're hoping by Fall 2023! We've taking our time to explore new production facilities because quality is important to us! If there's one you have your eye on, be sure to sign up for restock notifications!

If I was already subscribed to the WRKWNDR newsletter, do I need to resubscribe to Good News Brand?
Nope! If you were previously subscribed to the WRKWNDR mailing list, you will automatically be on the Good News Brand list. This will give you all the details on the Good News Brand products, communities, and content. Instructions on how to join community-specific mailing lists can be found on our Belong page.
Where did the WRKWNDR Magazine go?
As part of the acquisition, some products carried over, and some we are brainstorming how to make even better—the magazine is one of those products! While it will no longer be available as what it was, we know you'll love what we have up our sleeves!
You can still buy past issues while supplies last. Quantities are limited.
